We care about your privacy and use the minimum cookies possible. This policy explains which ones we use on the nominahq.cloud site and in the application.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. They can be essential (needed for the service to work) or non-essential (analytics, advertising).

2. Cookies on the website

The nominahq.cloud site uses no tracking, analytics or third-party advertising cookies. We may only store a local flag in your browser to remember that you already saw the cookie notice; that flag does not identify you and is not shared.

3. Cookies in the application

The nominaHQ application uses an essential session cookie to keep you securely signed in. Without it you couldn't use the service. It is not advertising or tracking.

4. Third parties

When you make a payment, our processor Stripe may use its own cookies for fraud prevention and payment security, under its own policy. Infrastructure is on Microsoft Azure.

5. How to manage cookies

You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings. Note that if you block the essential session cookie, you won't be able to sign in to the application.
