What agencies ask.
Will my clients and their employees see nominaHQ?
No. Your name, logo and colors replace nominaHQ in the app, the employee portal, PDFs and emails. The legal notices still name P4 Software as the service operator, as Panama's Law 81 of 2019 requires.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, a subdomain such as payroll.youragency.com. You create three DNS records, verify, and we activate it with a free security certificate.
How much does it cost?
$2.08 per employee per month billed annually (or $2.50 monthly) plus a $300/month platform fee (or $360 monthly). Minimum 101 employees, no limit on companies or employees.
What if I run fewer than 101 employees?
Business (up to 3 companies) and Professional (up to 6) are already multi-company. When you grow, you move to Agency without migrating anything.
How do I move my clients from PayDay, PlaniFácil or Excel?
